Back To Me is the third in studio album from American Idol winner, Actress and Author, Fantasia Barrino. The Singer says, the record is about her getting back to her roots in music and taking time focus on herself and what she believes in. With songs written by industry heavy hitters such as, Rico Love, Claude Kelly, James Ho, Jessyca Wilson, and even Ashford & Simpson make the list with one the of best tracks on the album “Collard Greens & Cornbread”
Fantasia is special kind of artist with a voice that very classically soulful. I Think this record fits her, The Album opens up with a song titled “Doin’ Me” a modern hip-hop soul record that couldn’t fit more with the concept of the album. And the record closes with a “I’m Here“Â Fantasia big closing reprise when she played Celie in the Broadway musical The Color Purple. Singing, “I’m beautiful, yes I’m here”
